GENERAL
How can I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked at the link “book now” or on Vagaro (Sage and Skin, Oceanside). If you are having trouble booking an appointment, please text or call: (760) 707-6413
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment via call or text. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service total. No call/No show will be charged 100% of service total.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash is preferred, Zelle, Card payment, Apple Pay.
There is a 3% card processing fee (for Microblading appointments only)
WAXING
What is waxing?
Waxing is a form of hair removal where we use hard wax to remove hair from the root, leaving your skin soft and hair-free for weeks following your service.
What should I expect during this service?
Your skin will be prepped with a gentle cleanser and an aftercare serum is used post-service to calm and soothe your skin. Hair must be at least 1/4” to effectively be removed (about the length of a grain of rice). Trimming is not recommended prior to appointment. If it needs to be trimmed, I will do it for you.
Can I get waxed during my moon cycle or pregnant?
Yes! You can absolutely get waxed if you’re pregnant or during your moon cycle. If you’re on your moon cycle, please make sure you have a tampon or cup in.
How often should I wax?
Brows, underarms, face - 2-4 weeks
Bikini, Brazilian, Body - every 4-6 weeks

MICROBLADING
What is Microblading?
Microblading is a low maintenance, long lasting solution for your eyebrows. I use a small blade to creates strokes that resemble brow hairs and fill it with pigment. The result is fluffy, natural-looking eyebrows that lasts up to 3 years.
Is it painful?
I use a numbing cream before and during the service to minimize discomfort. However, pain tolerances vary from person to person. Having the service during your moon cycle may increase sensitivity.
Not recommended to get microblading if
You are pregnant/breastfeeding
Are currently taking accutane or have taken accutane in the last year
Have freshly tanned or sunburned skin
Are on blood thinning medications or antibiotics
Have rosacea
Are currently undergoing cancer treatment
Must be off chemo/radiation for 6 months
What to expect before and after your service
Please see “AFTERCARE” page. You will be given an aftercare kit following your Microblading appointment which includes detailed aftercare instructions, a gentle cleanser and a healing balm.
BROW LAMINATION
What is Brow Lamination?
Brow lamination is a great option if you want a quick, long-lasting way to get fluffy looking brows on the daily. The service is about 30 minutes and lasts about 6-8 weeks. We soften the brow hair follicle with a chemical solution, brush it up and set it into place. Includes custom tint and shaping.
Tips to prepare:
You cannot get your brows wet after the service so its best to arrive with a clean face. It’s okay if you do, I can remove it before the service
What to expect after:
You cannot get your brows wet for 48 hours after the service. No gyms, pools, steam, sweating, saunas. Keep. Them. Dry.
You can go back to your normal routine after 48 hours.
