WAXING

PRECARE:

For those new to waxing, it’s recommended to grow out your hair to 1/4” (the length of a grain of rice, or about 2 weeks+)

Avoid caffeine right before your appointment, drink plenty of water and if your health permits, take an Advil about an hour before your appointment

AFTERCARE:

For the first 24 hours, you want to keep the area clean and dry. Avoid the following:

pool, jacuzzi, sauna, beach

working out, cycling, sweating

sex

exfoliating

sun exposure/tanning beds

BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS:

It’s important to take care of your skin between appointments to get the best results out of waxing.

Exfoliate 2-3 times per week (dry brush, AHA/BHA, gloves)

Moisturize daily with Fur Oil or lotion

Note: Do not shave in between appointments. It’s uncomfortable when it grows back and throws off your hair growth cycles

MICROBLADING

Every client will be given an aftercare kit which includes detailed aftercare instructions, a healing balm and a gentle cleanser.

PRECARE:

Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours before your appointment
Avoid blood thinners and pain killers 72 hours before your appointment (ibuprofen, Tylenol, etc)
Avoid working out the morning of your appointment
Stop using retinol products near the brow area for 2 weeks before your appointment
No botox, filler, chemical peels, or other skin altering treatments 2 weeks before or after your service

AFTERCARE:

Wipe brow area for the first hour with a clean tissue to remove any lymph/fluid off. Repeat for the first 4 hours
Gently cleanse every morning and night for the first 10 days
Apply a layer of healing balm with clean hands after washing
Absolutely no sun, sweat or steam (pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms and hot showers)
No makeup or other skincare products in brow area
Brows will be fully healed after 10-14 days and you can go back to your normal routine

This is a tattoo. Keep it clean, keep it dry and let it heal.
